A small site with a small data footprint.

This notice explains what this website measures, what happens when you follow an external link, and how to ask a privacy question. It was last updated on 12 October 2026.

Free guides and your details

When you request a guide, I collect your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen guide, request time and whether you asked for a follow-up. I use this information to manage your request and provide the download, based on my legitimate interest in providing useful resources and running this business.

The guide opens for download in your browser after the request is saved. It is not automatically emailed. If you choose the separate follow-up option, I can email you about content support on the basis of your consent. You do not have to agree to this to download a guide, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing me.

Requests are stored in private Vercel Blob storage, accessible through my authorised Vercel account. Vercel processes hosting and storage data on my behalf. Its infrastructure may process data outside the UK under its applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. I do not sell your details.

I review resource requests after 12 months and delete those no longer needed, unless there is an ongoing enquiry or another reason to retain the information. You can request deletion sooner. A pseudonymous identifier derived from your network address is used to limit repeated submissions; your address is not included in the enquiry record.

Phone numbers are optional and are not used for unsolicited telephone or text marketing. The email follow-up choice is recorded with the wording shown when you submitted the form.

Project enquiries and Zoho Books

If you use the project enquiry form, I collect your name, email, optional business name and phone number, selected service and message. I use these to respond and discuss the work you have requested. Enquiries are stored privately on Vercel and viewed through a password-protected inbox. They do not subscribe you to marketing.

If your enquiry progresses towards a quote, I may add your contact details to Zoho Books, my customer and accounting system. This is a reviewed action, not an automatic transfer of everyone who downloads a guide. The enquiry message is not sent through this connection. Zoho processes the customer information on my behalf under its applicable terms.

I review unconverted project enquiries after 12 months and remove information no longer needed. Customer and accounting records follow their relevant business and record-keeping requirements. Contact me to ask about or correct your information. The private administrator area uses essential sign-in and connection-security cookies; ordinary visitors do not receive these cookies.

What this website measures

Optional Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits, and Vercel Speed Insights measures website performance. These tools load only after you select “Allow analytics”. Choosing “Essential only” leaves them off; you can change your choice using Privacy settings at any time.

Vercel describes these tools as cookieless. Analytics can include page addresses and technical information about the browser and device. I use your consent for these optional measurements. The site excludes private administrator pages, enquiry and privacy pages, and addresses containing query strings or fragments from measurement. I do not send form contents as analytics events.

A cookie called ce_privacy remembers your choice for six months. Changing from allowed analytics to essential only reloads the page to stop the loaded measurement tools. Hosting security logs and information you choose to submit through forms are handled separately, as described above.

External services

When you choose “Book a free call”, you leave this site and open Google Calendar. WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn links also take you to those platforms. Each service handles information under its own terms and privacy notice; this website does not receive your account details simply because you followed a link.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask about, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of personal information. Because this site's analytics are aggregated, there may be no visitor-level record that can be linked back to you.

Start by emailing hello@callumecobichon.co.uk so I can understand the request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

I will update this page if the website starts collecting information in a different way—for example, if another form or analytics service is added. The date at the top will show when that happened.

Your privacy choices

Optional, cookieless analytics help me understand page visits and website performance. They stay off until you allow them. Essential storage keeps the site secure and remembers this choice for six months. How this works.
